The Isange One Stop Center at Kiziguro District Hospital provides integrated and confidential services to victims and survivors of gender-based violence (GBV), child abuse, and other forms of violence. The center brings together medical, psychosocial, legal, and social support services in one place, helping survivors receive timely and coordinated care in a safe and supportive environment.

- Medical assessment, treatment, and management of injuries
- Psychosocial support and counseling
- Management and support for survivors of sexual violence
- Screening and prevention services for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections
- Emergency contraception and other appropriate clinical interventions
- Pregnancy testing and related care
- Collection and preservation of relevant medical evidence
- Legal support and referral to appropriate justice services
- Child protection and safeguarding services
- Social support and referral to appropriate community services
- Family counseling and support where appropriate
- Follow-up and referral for continued care and protection
